Re-source = back to source.
How do we find our center when we become distracted?
How do we appreciate our center when we are experiencing it?
Below are resources that I find useful. Whether it me an exercise to help strengthen your connection to your center or first aid when the going gets tough, below are ways to create a little space between your imprints and blueprint.  This page will grow and change over time and more tools arise.  My intention is to share the amazing information that is already permeating in the world.
Here are some ever evolving resources for you!
  • Get some hands on or consultation!  One of the best ways to resource is to connect with someone.  This stimulates our social nervous system.  Working with a skilled practitioner helps you reference where you are and what would be helpful. Call me for a consultation or book a session online!

  • Body Low Slow Loop- John Chitty calls it "Autonomic Nervous System First Aid.  Not only to be used in sticky situations, but to be practiced when you feel regulated.  This begins to re-wire neural pathways so that when a "sticky situation" does arrive, you have more choices in how you respond.

  • Byron Katie

  • John Chitty's Health Page  John Chitty is my Biodynamic CranioSacral teacher and mentor. His website documents his journey with cancer and offers alternative support options.

  • Trauma Dynamics  Check out their video on the ANS
